簡介：此產(chǎn)品中添加銀粉、珠光粉制成涂料后，可使鋁漿和珠光粉顯得格
外的細(xì)膩，和極佳的金屬質(zhì)感，可直接涂于ABS,PS、ABS加PC等塑
膠表面，木器表面及首涂底漆之金屬表面作裝飾組用漆, 可得到電
鍍效果，本品具有快干，與UV面油相溶性附著力強，耐光耐氣候性
優(yōu)良，耐醇性優(yōu)，耐刮性優(yōu)，不含鉛及鉻等重金屬。
It makes aluminum paste and pearl pigment more fine and show
great metal effect by adding aluminum powder or pearl
pigment, as decorated paint, directly spray on the plastic
surface of ABS,PS ,ABS+PC Wood materials and metal primer to
get the electroplated effect. fast dry and good
compatibility with UV oil, excellent resistance of light,
weather, alcohol and scratch, not contain heavy metal of
Pb,Cr,etc.

·涂刷表面必須是全清潔干透及除去油漬及蠟質(zhì)的。

樹脂(Resin)70% 鋁漿(Al-paste) 7% 稀釋劑(thinner) 23%
稀釋劑配方( Thinner formula):
丁脂(Butyl ester)： 20
乙脂(Ethyl ester)： 30
正丁醇(N-butyl ester)：15
異丙酮（IPA): 25
乙二醇單丁（BCS): 10
用1：3稀釋，在用于某些塑料底材上時可能會有咬底現(xiàn)象，請修改
溶劑配方，盡量減少強性溶劑。盡量不要用環(huán)已酮溶劑上，否則可
能會影響涂料硬度，及銀漿返粗。注：夏季需根據(jù)實際情況，加適
量防白水（參考值3%）用1：1稀釋噴涂
